MIXSEAL FR
Introduction
Mixseal FR is a high quality, general purpose single component fire retardant elastomeric acrylic joint sealant which dries to form a very stable seal. It is suitable for low movement joints, both interior and exterior use. It is a nonstaining sealant that resists cracking and gives a smooth finish that requires no sanding. It is a paintable caulking sealant. When subject to flame will intumesce (expand and char), thus blocking the passage of fire and smoke. It is not recommended to use in joints subject to high degrees of movement

Packing & Storage
Mixseal FR is available in 25 kg pail. For site installations or mass consumptions, deliveries shall be made in bulk customdesigned containers. Mixseal FR should be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in cooled ambience. Failure to comply with the commended storage conditions, excessive humidity and over exposure to UV may result in premature deterioration of the product.
