Mixflex PU is a one component, moisture curing, polyurethane construction sealant. The product has been formulated offer a non slump elastomeric sealant, which exhibits good skin formation time and fast cure.
Appropriation
Mixflex PU may be used for bonding and sealing
most common building materials including
concrete, wood, lacquered metal, anodized
aluminum and glass.
MIXFLEX PU has high elasticity, excellent recovery
and tear resistance and good weather ability.
MIXFLEX PU can also be used in submerged
conditions.
Packing & Storage
Mixflex PU is available in 600ML sausage sachets. One sachets will fills 6 LM OF 10mm x 10mm joint. Width to Depth Ratio: 1: 1 for joints up to 10mm wide. 2: 1 for joints over 10mm wide. MIXFLEX PU has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original packaging at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC. if stored at high ambient temperature or at high humidity the shelf life will be reduced by as much as 50-60%.
