Introduction

Mixbuild EPH is a three component solvent free epoxy resin based grouting system for anchoring and bedding. It is a combination of high performance epoxy resins, specially graded aggregates and additives to provide excellent anchoring strength.

Appropriation
Mixbuild EPH is used for suitable for application in
  • Anchoring of cranes, towers and dock sills
  • Anchoring of bolts and bars with 15mm–60mm diameter in concrete, brick Installation of reinforced concrete starter bars, foundation bolts and railway tracks
  • Pile cap / pile head encapsulation to ensure water tightness.
Packing & Storage
Mixbuild EPH is available in 10 kg unit & 30 kg unit. For site installations or mass consumptions, deliveries shall be made in bulk customdesigned containers. Mixbuild EPH should be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in cooled ambience. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelf life.
