Introduction

MIXURETHANE 100C is one component, pigmented, elastic, high solid, aliphatic polyurethane coating with excellent UV resistance used as a top-coat for protection over exposed surfaces. It cures with the humidity in the atmosphere to produce a membrane with uniform adhesion over the entire surface. It does not yellow/discolor when exposed to sunlight. It is based on aliphatic polyurethane resin, which results in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties.

Surfaces exposed to high abrasion,
Public pedestrian and light traffic areas , Stadiums , Over exposed car parks,
Waterproofing of surfaces exposed to heavy weather conditions.

Packing & Storage

MIXURETHANE 100C is available in 20 kg packs. For site installations or mass consumptions, deliveries shall be made in bulk custom-designed containers. MIXURETHANE should be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in cooled ambience. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelf life.
